Parameter: CX_PRIORITY/K/N,CX_POPUP/K,R=RUHIG/S,H=HILFE/S
'CX_PRIORITY' controls the priority of the handler; if 'YES' is specified for
'CX_POPUP'  HotKeyHelp  opens  its  window  immediately.  The  option 'RUHIG'
(quiet) disables the startup message.
All  options  (except  'HILFE')  may  also  be entered from workbench as tool
types.
